We have recently created CGIs for the latest phases of the Rochester Riverside project, specifically focusing on Phases 4 and 5, which are currently being developed by BPTW. These meticulously crafted visualisations played a crucial role in facilitating the planning and development process, offering a clear representation of the project’s vision. Our primary emphasis was on illustrating the design of the new entrance park and the unique riverfront residences, which serve to enhance the overall appeal of the project. These images not only support the aesthetic and functional aspects of the development but also provide essential insights that will guide the subsequent stages of the project.
This flythrough showcases the first two sites of the Billet Road development, a cornerstone of BPTW’s masterplan for Bellway Homes. Designed as an immersive, first‑person experience, the film guides viewers through the emerging neighbourhood, revealing the vision behind 692 new homes — from contemporary apartment buildings to thoughtfully designed family houses.
At the heart of the masterplan is a vibrant central park, complete with an events lawn, diverse play facilities, dedicated sports areas, and smaller pocket play zones woven throughout the community. These spaces form the social backbone of the development, creating a welcoming and active environment for future residents.
Architecturally, the scheme blends traditional and modern aesthetics: warm brickwork sits alongside crisp black and white cladding, while colourful balconies and entrances introduce moments of character and visual energy across the streetscape.
This captivating private development project has been thoughtfully crafted with a clear vision in mind. The CGIs effectively showcase the luxurious lifestyle that awaits, emphasising breath-taking views of the serene pool area alongside the stunningly designed interiors. Collaborating with BPTW, the CGIs for Ashmere Phase 4 were developed for the Vistry Group to illustrate the design advancements for the upcoming phase within the broader Eastern Quarry site in Ebbsfleet Garden City, Kent.
